What if the items are damage? Our number 1# goal is to satisfy our customers. If you receive any damage goods, please contact us immediately. We will arrange it to be replace with another of the same item. There will be no additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive? Generally you'll receive your purchase within 7 - 10 days. Your order will ship directly from the Kemetic Expressions Fine Arts/ C Grayson Fine Art; Prints are made to order. Oversized or Original painting by the artist may require extra time.

What are the Shipping Charges? The shopping cart will calculate the total shipping charges based on the order total and destination.

What are the International Orders? The shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge including all taxes, tariffs and duties.

Will the color of print or artwork match with image view on the computer monitor? Colors of images as viewed on a computer monitor will never exactly match the full size prints or artwork. Returns due to inaccurate color are subject to our standard return policy.

How will the artwork be packaged and shipped? Prints are shipped at full size. We ship fully insured, by FedEx, or UPS so that a tracking number can be issued and insurance can be placed on each shipment, in the unfortunate case of damage.
